Tata Power warns Delhi of outages

Tata Power on Saturday asked consumers in Delhi to use power “judiciously” and cited depleting stocks, stoking fear of power cuts even as central government officials said the required quantity of gas will be supplied to Bawana and Pragati plants.

SC slams trial courts for seeking needless custody

The Supreme Court on Tuesday expressed shock over some trial courts not complying with its July 2022 order to be liberal and grant bail to accused in cases when custody is not needed.
