Covid-19: Kerala, Mizoram positivity rates too high for comfort

Much of Kerala could be a fit case to be placed under lockdown with the state’s fortnightly positivity rate, or total confirmed cases per 100 tests over a 14-day period, at a high 16% which hasn’t changed much from the situation a fortnight ago.
