Covid-hit, schools across states limp back to normalcy

The attendance was lower in government schools in Hyderabad with 20% of students attending classes on the first day of reopening after a hiatus of almost five months. Most government and budget schools, barring residential, social welfare and tribal welfare schools with hostel facilities, reopened for physical classes.
