UP: Three booked under NSA for cow killing freed

Observing that 'slaughtering a cow in the secrecy of one's own house probably because of poverty or lack of employment or hunger, would perhaps only involve a law and order, and not public order, issue', a Lucknow bench of Allahabad high court has quashed a detention order passed under the National Security Act ( NSA) against three Sitapur residents.
