Vaccine quota cap for private hospitals raised

The Centre has revised the formula for calculating the maximum quantity of vaccines that private hospitals can procure in a month, a week after finalising it. The new plan will allow private players to buy slightly higher volumes than what was previously decided. The decision was communicated to private hospitals across the country through a series of online meetings on Wednesday.
