Norwegian Cruise Line sues Florida over vaccine passport ban



Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings is suing Florida's surgeon general over the state's vaccine passport ban, arguing that they should be able to verify passengers' vaccination status when they set sail from Miami on August 15.

SC slams trial courts for seeking needless custody

The Supreme Court on Tuesday expressed shock over some trial courts not complying with its July 2022 order to be liberal and grant bail to accused in cases when custody is not needed.
