Live: Kangana leaves Mumbai with a 'heavy heart'

Kangana Ranaut had an eventful week in Mumbai. She made a dramatic entry with her Y-plus security, which was given to her post she faced threats for her comment of comparing Mumbai to Pakistan Occupied Kashmir. Moreover, on the day of her arrival, Kangana’s office in Bandra was razed by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation. From her meeting with the Governor of Maharastra Bhagat Singh Koshyari to the Karni Sena functionaries visiting the actress at her residence – Kangana maintained a busy schedule. After less than a week in Mumbai, Kangana has headed back to her hometown.

SC slams trial courts for seeking needless custody

The Supreme Court on Tuesday expressed shock over some trial courts not complying with its July 2022 order to be liberal and grant bail to accused in cases when custody is not needed.
